Painted Grove Recovery is a substance use disorder treatment center. We support clients who experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or trauma within our structured residential program.

Accredited by The Joint Commission. ASAM Level of Care certified by CARF International (Levels 3.5 and 3.1). Those are two different things and should not be merged: The Joint Commission accredits the organization; CARF certifies specific levels of care. Painted Grove Recovery is licensed in Kentucky.
We do not hold ASAM Level 3.7 and we are not a hospital. We do not offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient or standalone outpatient care.
